THE POSITION The purpose of this position is to provide a secretarial and support function to the Marketing Director. THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Maintain an excellent work ethic at all times. Manage and co-ordinate travel /accommodation arrangements/Car Hire - Marketing Director/ Purchasing Managers. Organising and management of Marketing Director's diary (set-up appointments with Suppliers, Retailers Staff etc). Ensure electronic diary is in sync with manual dairy Accurate compilation of presentations, reports, correspondence, etc using own initiatives and as directed by Marketing Director Through skilful, professional communication and interaction with Staff, Retailers and Suppliers.
